Today is tear stained cheeks
Today is tragically relatable poems
Today is wilted roses on a bush
Today is congested lungs, and sour tastes
Today is choking on chlorine
Today is walking around school like a zombie
Today is being lost in the grocery store as a child
Today is silently crying
Tday is losing something you cant replace
Today is listening to a song that makes you cry
Today is a year in the life of a motherless child
But tommorow will be better.
