Bathwater

It's as if,
When the porcelain,
Is filled to the brim,
So are you,
It's as if,
Going under,
Will make them go,
And leave you be,
It's as if,
It embraces you,
Takes the weight,
From your shoulders,
It's as if,
With each bubble less,
The pressure lessens,
And you breathe a little easier,
It's as if,
Unplugging the drain,
Watching the water sink,
The weight is bearable again,
It's as if,
Getting up,
And continuing on,
Is simple again.
