Going to school is one thing

Homework makes it harder

The tests come stronger

Succeeding is another

These are my responsibilities

Hearing the same voices over and over

With the same words and the same thoughts

“You should never fail” it always says

“I will not” is what I always say

These are my responsibilities

Trying hard to live up to my society

Trying hard to please my family

Trying hard to live up to what they expect me to be

Trying hard to make a right path and

Be a role model to the younger ones who come after me

These again are my responsibilities

One thing I know is that I am human

I will fail, succeed and fail again

I also know that, when I fail,

I will rise up and try harder

Again, again and again

Because that is life and because

These especially are my responsibilities.
