Sometimes these people just cough to get a reaction.
“Are you okay?”
“Do you need water, Vicks rub?”
“..Someone to wait on you hand and foot?”
You’d be surprised how well they react to pain more than happiness.
“Stop laughing so hard.”
“You’re too loud.”
“Honestly you're acting up around people who are not feeling well, calm down.”
If you're always not feeling well that’s a run through excuse that is never going to be abided by me.
In negative, Happiness becomes even questioned by them
“Why are you smiling?”
“Why are you laughing so hard?”
“Ya know it’s really annoying when you laugh at a joke that not everyone gets, can you stop?”
Happiness may not be contagious but pain, depression, and petty arguing seem to be in- escapable by most.
I have created my happiness, walls built so high not even the worst can tower high.
I smile to not get attention. I laugh no to be loud. I write not for others. I act up not intentionally.
But honestly I do those things for myself, because frown lines last longer than dimples.
