Silence

A swarm of oranges, greens, and yellows swim

Weaving rainbows in the milky drops of the sea

A ripple extends beyond indefinitely

Synchronized circles disappear mysteriously

The beautiful image shattered

Lying as lost pieces of glass scattered

Smooth and sharp

Clear and murky

A testament to the past

They sing the melody, as the cool sea breeze harmonizes

Waves upon waves crash against the shore

Scouring, battling, forever evolving

To nature’s beautiful serenity

The soft crescendo slows to a murmur

The moonlight grows firmer

Illuminating buried treasures

Intricate sea shells, translucent pearls, and other subtle pleasures

As dusk arrives

A halo is cast over golden waves

The intricate composition starts again

Sea foam brushes against white grain

Gusts curl the sea into soft ridges

Particles of sand dip into the ocean’s riches

The sea begins to hum its lullaby
