I’m your average 16 year old boy that likes cheeseburgers with bacon

I am
From a family of two sisters, one mom, one dad, and golden       retriever,
to getting poison ivy three times last summer
I am
From skiing in knee deep powder in Colorado,
to waterskiing until the sun goes down on Franklin Lake
I am
From riding my snowmobile until runs out of gas,
to hiking to the top of the leaning tower of Pisa
I am
From a family that is quick to listen and slow to speak,
    to church on Sunday morning
I am
From running a cross country 5K through the woods where           you hear is your footsteps,
to alpine ski racing around blue and red gates
I am
From riding horses in the dry, colorful rocky mountains,
to surfing five-foot waves five-foot off the shores of Hawaii
I am NOT
From a family that believes money buys happiness,
and you should steal something if you want it
I am NOT
From a family that likes to take the easy way out,
and makes things harder than they have to be
I am NOT
From idolizing the Kardashians and drama,
and fighting over who get the TV remote
I am NOT
From acting overconfident in that my family are not                     knowledgeable about
and being cocky about that we are knowledgeable about
I am NOT
From giving up on tough challenges,
and taking the easy way out
I am NOT
From Starbucks, the mall, and Bed Bath and Beyond,
    and taking selfies

I’m just a 16 year old boy that like bacon on my cheeseburgers.
