Anger

It consumes me
It makes me not think
It's like a demon inside of me trying to tear itself out
It makes me scream like a banshee
Or maybe
I'm strong enough to control it
The urge to break or hurt someone is strong
But I'm stronger
Strong enough to beat the anger
And I destroy it instead of destroying myself.
