My Fire
trains go so fast
but can't change course
they are the structure
to my firey design.
the leaves burn red
while I am left with smoke -
so many eyes that seemed
so harmless,
yet there are
so many eyes
that burn red.
in moments when I tend to dwell
on red and orange and yellow,
I can't breath as my
internal pressure evaporates
into red inferno -
chaos gave life to simplicity,
like the color green or blue,
but all I see is infinite gray.
so remember me father
for I have burned red for you.
