Tell me “lets get out of here”
Arm around my waist
Brush my hair from my face
Your fingers
linger
on my lips.
I don’t need you to
Be my superman
Do everything you can
Cover me in cliché
Kisses
Don’t give me the
Chocolates or teddy bears
I just need you to love me
For as long as you will
And
To hold me on rainy days.
