Tufts of absolute color among
The blue of the sky,
Destroyed by the symbol of a dove,
Their lives debated over if
They were grown enough to buy.

This poem was inspired by an environmental science class I had, when we learned about certain personal care brands that bring about deforestation when they try to get the palm oil need to create a profit for themselves.
