1.
The ant looks around
What does he see?
A huge brown mass

2.
An alien lands at Cambridge
What is that object they’re throwing??
Could it be a space ship?

3.
Bounce, bounce, bounce
What is that noise I hear, says the boy
Could it be the Green Giant?

4.
A little boy asleep
Hugging his favorite toy
A bear? A truck? An action figure?

5.
Birds circle around
Wondering what it is
Maybe a watermelon?
Maybe a dinosaur egg?

6.
I’m going up, up, up
Flying through the air
Quickly falling to the ground
Ouch, that really hurt!

7.
Me and my beetle family
Walking in the grass
Yelling at the object coming to squash us
Help! Help! Help!

8.
Waiting, just waiting for it to hit me
The brown thing always flying towards me
Why, oh why, does this have to happen, says the backboard

9.
Slamming into me again and again
Causing me to get old and weary
The worst thing about it is that they smile while they damage my beautiful concrete face

10.
When will it hatch?
Maybe it’s bad?
Maybe it’s dead?
My eggs aren’t that huge, says the hen

11.
He plays with it every day
I’m his pet he should play with me
Sometimes I wish I could rip it to shreds.

12.
He plays with me every day
I wish I could have a break
Why can’t he play with his pet instead?

13.
Magic Johnson, bending down
Grabbed his basketball from the grassy area
Could anyone love it as much as I, he thought
Certainly no one could be afraid of it – swoosh!
