So pointless is the joy of life
So blatant the pain of death
The earth is full of misery
Until we gasp our last breath
We fall amoung the many
And are remembered by the few
So pointless is the joy of life
Without my love, dear you
So heartless is the dawn of day
as each time it comes anew
Erasing all the time gone by
