Betrayed

Betrayed.
That’s how I felt.
After,
I’ve only treated them right,
They treated me wrong.
I’ve been replaced,
By my supposedly best friend.
I was hurt.
They lied
And I only cried.
It’s crazy,
How a friend can turn into a stranger
And how a stranger can turn into a friend.
It’s truly sad,
How a person can make you feel so bad.
We used to be ‘tight’
There will be another chance at friendship if we might.
Even if they’re gone,
Life still goes on.
Only after I’ve been betrayed…
