Deep within the hole
she crawls
Matching the beat of your heart
click, Click, Click
Her claws echo closer
knocking away the peace in your mind
Filling it with
the blank eyes that peer deep within
Revealing what you love and turning it bad
taking smells and choking your lungs
Click, Click, Splash
the bricks break away
Making the climb harder
each click makes fear flow through your mind
Becoming so thick your sight fades.
her face comes closer
Click…Click…Snap!
The edge leaves your sight
your hands leave the edge
As the hole’s bottom becomes yours
Darkness becomes part of you
like a dark mage’s transmutation circle
Of lies
Click, Snap, Snap, Crack, Splash
