I can see you’re in a box
All by yourself with nowhere to hide
Surrounded by darkness and a poison
on the floor. You make no sound; no movement. Scratching, purring, and mewing are all
absent
I would like to reach out to offer my help, my advice, my condolences
But I deflect at the last movement
Playing forever this game of curiosity
For if I truly address you, than you can’t be two things at once anymore.
