“Black is not sad. Bright colors are what depresses me. They’re so… empty. Black is poetic. How do you imagine a poet? In a bright yellow jacket? Probably not.” – Ann Demeulemeester

We all have secrets
That we keep bottled up inside us
Like a full school bus
But sometimes the bottle pops
And a secret drops
Like maybe one about boys
Or how we broke each other’s toys

Some secrets are not ours
They’re our best friends
That we promise to not lend
To another friend
But in the end
It all depends
On who’s your real friend
