Children's laughter fills the air

And so does the perfume of the women with skin so fair

The clashing of espresso cups hit the table

As you sit and watch people like it's cable

The smell of freshly made crepes fill your nose

As men walking by more beautiful than a rose

The ruthless pigeons fly near your head

As the sun sets at 10 and you realize you are never going to bed

Cigarrette packs multiply like a bunny

Even when you realize you are out of money

Paris days or Paris nights

Either or it will always be right

The author's comments:
I sat under the Eiffel Tower in Paris with my journal, a pen, and a soft served ice cream as I wrote this poem. I write poems for fun, so excuse my amateur skills.
