I am from
I am from female and male
From nurture and nature
From skin, heart, and blood
Perfectly planned
I am from Saints and The Gateway Arch
From distant hearts now watching over with him
I am peaches, cotton, and sunshine
Raised to listen and observe, acting later
I am from white picket fences, flowerbeds and baby blue tricycles
Recourses were always abundant, yet abundance was not required
Material things could not satisfy my hunger
I seek the warmth from those I cherish
Their strength gets me through my day
I am from the love of my family
Simply put and forever that way
