I want to travel the world
and expand my mind beyond this small box
I want to drink my first glass of wine
maybe it will be my last, maybe it won't
I want to spend countless sleepless nights
with my best friends laughing until we cry
I want to spend more than I can afford
and learn to stretch a dollar
I want to get my heart broken
to teach me that the world can be ugly
I want to lose it all
to learn that life isn't fair
