I came only to hold you longer
You were gone.
Day gone. Night won.
Thru the woods you went.
Angels sing golden streams
Once older I would visit you in stone
I might get over you once I have you again
I’ll find a way in the woods
To my home on the other side.
Anger loss to the overwhelming desire for you
Brothers from birth
Friends since ever
How dare you not wait for me,
Tomorrow’s snow falls in July
For you…
I know you tried…
But your best may have been your worst.
