love and hate

once a love so strong
now a broken promise
it was together forever
now it never ever
you coming back
those big brown eyes
and that wonderful smile
its hard not to fall
even though you broke my heart
i keep saying yes
i keep breaking my promise
to not let you in
i believe it every time
and end up in the same place
we go through a cycle
a cycle of love and hate
broken hearts and broken dreams
its just a cycle of love and hate
