I kissed you at midnight
When the honey-sweet smell of the star jasmine
Caressed the cool night air
Our lips were blooming roses
Flushed with the wonder of moonlight and silky blue clouds
As they effloresced each against each other
We escaped from the harsh daylight of reality
And let ourselves be swept away
By the beautiful wondrous magical fantasy
