"People will be better than you in life, which should make you strive to be the best."

Peace is just imagined
Let the reality set in
That peace is no more than a fiction
That you can tell is true
Have you ever really felt your inner soul?
And if you've had, what did you see?
Your soul is chaotic and rampaging, images swirling round
So no piece of peace is lingering
Through the thickening crowd

Peace is just a toy
Used to play our minds
It's used to provide protection
When we figure out the lies
But even so, one still remains and that is the lie of Peace
Because Peace is just a toy
And toys are never real

Peace gave birth to hope
And from hope came despair
And while we wait, emotions run wildly through our tangled hair
For everyday we feel a feeling and we doubt that it can be true
This feeling is what we call hope that gets us through the day
From Peace came hope
Which has led us astray

Peace is calm
And calm can be bad
So can Peace be bad as well?
If were calm, then we forget
Forget what you've remembered
So from the calmness came forgetfulness
Which Peace had first created

Peace is a fantasy
A mere product of our minds
We fight and sleep and eat and meet
But Peace has never come
The reason why?
Who really knows?
Maybe it was not meant to be
But I know for sure
That I'll never give up
On this imaginative dream

I came up with this when I realized that no matter where, war always rages and that peace has never really shone her face, but no matter what we don't give up on the little piece we don't dare to deceive (Ha, I ended up rhyming anyways!)
