I do not like how quiet it is after death.
No one wants to talk
Or if they do-
It's to remember
I do not like seeing family after death.
haven't seen them in years
But suddenly they are there-
And someone died
I do not like it when someone says it will be okay after death.
I know it takes time
But the pain I feel-
It is now
I do not like the food after death
Casseroles, lasagna
Tasteless down my throat-
Its all Funeral food
I do not like reality after death
Morbid thoughts race to the mind
Selfish for a time like this-
But next could be you
