She's a mosaic
Made of broken mirror
Broken pottery
Broken glass
Broken beads
Whole gems

She's complete yet shattered
She's united yet segmented
But she is whole

Many pieces
Many stories
She is whole

She's jagged and rough
Not soft or silky
She's cracked and sharp
Not plush

Stare at her
Admire her
She is a story

She is broken
She is whole
She is art.
