The glistening dewdrops hang limply
on crisp white grass
Morning light filters through majestic oak trees
And then it starts.
The cool silence of a peaceful morning
Broken.
Keening, wailing
The sound of a grief maddened mother
Heartbroken.
A parent should never have to bury
A child.
