I'm alive
Sometimes when i'm feeling down and life seems against me,
I think of two words, these two words can make me grateful but at the same time make me break down in tears,
These two words are : I'm alive
All it takes is me to put my hand over my heart and feel my heartbeat,
and I shudder in happiness, I tell myself "You are alive"
and it feels like a warm sensation over me because truth is I have tried doing bad things to myself and when I feel that heartbeat it brings so much memories of where I used to be in life, so when people ask me how I am I sometimes reply: I'm alive or I am breathing, people usually take this badly but in truth its sometimes is a good answer because it means I am grateful for being alive and me being alive gives me purpose,
and when I do cry when I recall what I almost did to myself, I cry not because I didn't go through it, but because if I did I would of missed a lot, what I would of never done of saw, so when you feel done to an awful point put your hand over your heart and say out loud "I'm alive" and think that heartbeat gives you purpose don't throw your life away, life will get better, trust me I have been down that road, You're alive, so don't give up, live your life to the fullest.
