There is a transparent cloud in my face
The bitter kiss of Jack Frost spreads up
my fingertips
Icy winds bite at my red nose and ears
It’s so clear, I can see through the trees
I look up and see the moon, and smile
Even she doesn’t want to miss the beauty of this
Sweet paleness monopolizes the ground
Swarming Mother Earth like a beautiful gown
She sparkles in her garb, radiating chilly happiness
She puts the trees to rest
The animals wallow in all their lethargy.
and the cold swirls on and on until
