I saw you, sweet reminiscent memories but I saw you
I heard you sultrily speaking to another man and I in the corner nothing but a groupie, a fan
I knew you for now you're nothing but the predecessor to my heart yet the competition, in your presence, falls apart
I spoke to you with my mind, body, and soul with meaning with a presence of love to call your own.
Love.
I loved you, for unbearable reasons every second through every season. I loved you expecting nothing in return, a perfect scenario of a crash and burn.
I cared. Oh how I cared I gave you everything and in return nothing a lifeless glare.
I fear you. Your strings command my every move.
I hate you. Your words can never heal or barely soothe.
I loathe you. Loathe because of the great deal of pain you put me through.
I love you. Though my love will never gain more than it will lose.
I died for you. Dead not physically but emotionally. I gave you all yet you expect more from me.
You leech! Sucking me dry of love and life! I gave you my heart to make it right. Should I abandon "us," I have the right, I have the might.
Hands that never feed yet I constantly return. I have loved, I have lost will I ever learn?
