Base of my Stomach

I think my lust for you is love.
Each hair on my body is whispering your name,
The skin tucks it into my warm blood,
And it slips away into my heart.
I think I’ve seen my veins reach out for yours,
in the night I’ve felt my heart beat in your chest,
I swear I’ve seen your thoughts.
So clear,
in the base of my stomach.
