Be careful with your trust,
For friends can let you down
For bridges shall be burnt
For tools always break down.
Be careful with trust, child,
For you don’t know its strength
For you don’t know its flaws
For it’s your only hope.
Be careful with your trust,
For believers can fail
For broken words are naught
For only fools trust all.
Be careful with your trust,
My child you barely know
That to trust and believe
Can be your fatal flaw.
