What IS One Supposed To Do.

What is one supposed to do,
When their pain is far to great,
When their heart is split in two,
The tears keep flowing through their sobs,
When their words fall short,
When their thoughts become terrifying,
The razor hits their skin,
When their blood comes spilling out,
When their cuts are far too deep,
The screaming in their soul becomes to much,
When their need to be no more takes control,
When their thoughts become reality,
What is one supposed to do?
