The End
I think it was our differences,
that wound up keeping us together.
after all, opposites do attract.
I think it was when we found out
just how truly alike we are,
that drove us apart.
you just weren’t strong enough,
for the both of us,
and neither was I.
I thought we could help each other,
when times got rough,
but I guess what we truly needed,
was to help ourselves,
before anything else.
We fell apart,
we gave up on love,
we gave up on each other,
and now we watch from afar,
as we both waste away.
