The quiet poets
And hopeless souls
Play silently their mellow tunes.

They dance and sing
But muted voices aren't often heard
And haunted talents aren't remembered.

So they play quietly
In their homes and shacks and flats.
Praying for discovery but

Consoling in misery.
They remain to be
All that they can be.
