i smell like coffee

and look like spring

i whisper mistakes

and face constant pain

i couldn’t tell you why my mind serves to mistake

reality from fantasy all mixed in the rain.

I come and i go

i do as i please

i try to create walls to believe

every step i take will help me ease

into my futures fate

an unknown of all seas.

I dont know who i am

so you surely wont

i cant sing a hymn

or even drive a boat

i have no ‘talent’ in this cruel world

so i sit here and scribble; scribble down notes.
