Look at the water
So sparkling and blue.
It comes in with the tides
By the light of the moon.
But tides come so fast
And leave so fast too.
Lucky for me
Lucky for you.
Look at the frog
Who lives in the water.
Hopping and jumping
By the light of the moon.
But the tadpoles are small
And the frogs are too.
Lucky for me
Lucky for you.
Look at the mayfly
That flickers its wings.
Buzzing away to the frog
By the light of the moon.
But flies are so fragile
And their wings are too.
Lucky for me
Lucky for you.
