Alone
Sitting here in the corner of the room
No one in sight
You curl up, crying
Wishing that someone would hold you tightly
And tell you that everything will be alright
But no one does
No one ever did come
To your rescue
You are forced to
Keep your feeling to yourself
People look at you as
If you were from another
Planet
Picking on you to make
You feel as small
As ant
Wearing a fake smile
Like a plastic mask on Halloween
Fooling everyone that looks at your
Face
Making them believe that
Everything is perfect in your
Life
You don't have any friends
Because everyone thinks that
You're a freak
You spend your time
Listening
To depressing music
In the corner
Where no one can see
You
With your hair covering
Your face
Like the veil on a bride
No one even knows
You exist
This is me.
