Favorite Quote:
There is a pleasure in the pathless woods:
There is a rapture on the lonely shore:
There is society, where none intrudes.
By the deep sea, and music in its roar:
I love not man the less, but Nature more...

I’m sitting in my room,
trying to remember
those days where
I didn’t care.
Those days where,
I didn’t get mad
too often
or empty
too often
or upset
at nothing
too often.

It comes back
in a rush.
Teasing me
with fleeting memories
It’s unforgiving-
it doesn’t let me
pause,
or rewind;
it just keeps going.
Unstoppable.
And then
without
warning me,
it stops
completely.

I think with change, comes a sense of forgetting who we once were as people. At certain points, I've battled with not only disliking how I've change and grown but actually forgetting who I once was.
