you will become one with the sea:
your bones will turn to sand
to be pulled out by the tide
your sadness will ride the whitecaps and
your happiness will evaporate and mix with the clouds
to fall on the faces of lovers when it rains
your heart will bob along and
churn in the stormy water
until it gets snagged in the net of a fisher
who has lost his purpose
until he pulls it into his boat
and listens to the story
that can be told by a
scarred and still sound heart
and it changes his life.
