The Urge

The urge is on,
the surge is near
to go out here and create fear,
Im deadly in the night,
sleepy in the day,
in the dark I like to play,
all around the alleyway,
I try to be nice,
I try to be friendly,
but the urge always pulls me,
no matter my pity,
the fresh smell and taste,
the sound of the beating,
following its pace,
oh no I Purge,
Ive sadly given in to the Urge.
