remember that bracelet?

sometimes love hurts hurts,

and all you do is look down at ur shirt,

you pretend that it doesn't bother you,

and you know these words are true,

stop pretending your not dying inside,

cause i know all you want to do is turn away and hide,

i know what you want to tell me,

but you're too busy playing with that stupid bracelet,

the one with all the gems,

you got it for your 13th birthday,but you still can't remember when,

when everything was rainbows and butterflies,

and everyday there were bright blue skies,

and i would run in the tall grass,

and then we would both walk back quietly to class,

and everyday we would smile,

and sometimes sneak out a while,

and sometimes it comes back to me,

all these sweet memories,

that somehow drowned and went away,

but i slowly unravel all of them and i really wish they stay,
