bright as stars
as they light up the night
taking away all the fright
securing a safe place
for those in need
answering every plea
smiles go around
music pounds
laughter rings loud an clear
chasing away the fear
sparks fly
deep into the sky
for a moment
a perfect moment
everything is quiet
love, hope lingers in the air
people freeze in midair
frozen in that perfect moment
