Do not take it out on me
I did nothing to you
But you have done everything to me
I'm innocent
But it doesn't matter
I have been spit on and stepped on enough to understand that
But that's not enough for you
You have to diminish my feelings with words as well
And that hurts
It feels like the whole world is staring down at this "trash"
And they are saying, "I wonder why he settled for that."
I understand that I am lucky
You may be surprised but I have feelings
And you are killing everyone of them
Slowly but surely.
