I once was whole
Whenever that may have been
But somehow
I became broken in the end
I try so hard to find
The pieces of me
However, the harder I try
The more broken
I unfortunately come to be
I have turned to drugs
Leading others to judge
Leaving me more broken
Adding so much grudge
I once was whole
What ever that may mean
But somehow
I was broken
I had no dreams
My tears have formed a stream
Broken is all I have ever seen
I once was whole
When ever that may have been
But somehow
I will end the breaking
And someday
I’ll be whole again
No longer broken
Not even in the end

I really love your poem because I think that it does a great job showing how some people decide to turn to drugs and stuff when things go wrong. I like how you added a positive twist to the end by writing " I will end the breaking". It is a very powerful line. Great job!
