Favorite Quote:
"We keep moving forward, opening new doors, and doing new things, because we're curious and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths."

I chased you so far
But alas fate had its way
And now so you shall set
On a dreary
Dismal
Day
But soon you shall come back
And I will still be here
Waiting
Hoping
Praying
Knowing
You will reappear

"Chasing the Sun" is a term I use for whenever I need to escape my personal torments. It started years ago when I would just watch the sun set from a nearby hill, and now it's expanded to where I will get in my car and drive west, following the sun on its descent until I reach the ocean and watch it disappear on the horizon. It's a poem about finding hope even in the fading light of the waning sun.
