Like a Maze

Running and racing,
All of my time spent in a daze,
Nothing gets accomplished when
One's mind is like a maze.
Slamming into corners
blocked by barricades and walls,
There are horizontal elevators
and winding, backwards halls.
Trapped inside my own head,
The outside world is all a haze,
There's no way to escape here,
It's a never-ending maze.
