Favorite Quote:
When life gives you lemons..... sprinkle on some sugar and eat them suckers!

I despise her,
the ways she looks.
Everything about her
blemished, and
disproportionate.
She frowns at me.
She knows me and
wants me to accept her,
but I can't.
She follows me,
does everything I do.
I smile, she smiles.
If I frown, so does she.
She even cries as
she watches me cry.
I can barely look at her.
We both get sick,
disgusted.

The author's comments:
This poem is about low self-esteem. I know that I am not the only one in the world who has felt this way at some point in their life. It's a miserable place to be. The only solution is to press on and little by little, learn to accept who we are.
