My First Crush

He moved next to me not so long ago
But left as soon as he had arrived...
It seemed like only a day.
His sparkling green eyes...
His short, golden blonde hair...
his absolutely amazing personality...
disappeared from my life.
Sometimes I thought he liked his Xbox more than me...
but he'd always invite me to play Halo 3.
I cried when I had to say goodbye.
We've shared so many memories.
Some bad,
others great.
I'll always remember that breezy summer day
when I first met him.
