i walk alone in the rain
whilst feeling past pains
voices,faces appearing suddenly
the thoughts so deadly
why won't they stop i ask
maybe i should put down the flask
a moment of past flies by
i know i cannot rewind
all is dark I've tripped and fell
i live in a world so cold
though longer i can't hold
i will hang to see the future
waiting for a change
that is sure never to come
