You’re getting older
Facing new difficulties
In this cruel, non-caring world

I’ll help you
As much as I can
And as much as you’ll let me
So take my advice
Don’t follow my actions

Don’t let people push you around
You’re not garbage
Or dirt for them to walk on
You’re an amazing person
So let them just be jealous.

Don’t do drugs
Or drink
Or do anything else that could get you into trouble.
I know that sounds cliche,
But these are the kind of things
That a sister has to tell you not to do.
But from here on out,
Listen to my advice.
You don’t have to follow it
Just please consider it.
And remember that I’m here to help you.
